GETTING TO KNOW ME

I was born in Brisbane but moved to Sydney at age 10y.  Towards the end of High School I had a sense that being a psychologoist was the right path for me.  I studied, began my working life, married, and had four beuatuful daughters who are now wonederful young women.   

I am passionate about travel - especially to interesting parts of the world, exploring and discovering.   

I have been a psychologist a very long time.  After leaving school I completed a BSc Psych (Hons) at UNSW in 1984 and then moved onto a Masters in Clincial Psychology again at UNSW completing this in 1989. 

Since then I have worked for five years in community health and then in my own practice in the  Castle Hills area over the past twenty-five years. 

Being a psychologist has been my life's work. 

I enjoy meeting people and gently unpacking with them their life story, their struggles and  their great moments.  With a strong psychological knowlege base and well-developed skills,  I draw on a range of psychological approaches and models -  using what works best for each person.
